Title: I hate The Wizard of Oz

Today was utter torture. My costume is horrendous. Its way too long. I tripped over it almost every dance step. Speaking of dance steps, we did the same ones. For four hours. The same four steps to the right, four steps to the left, link arms four steps up, four steps back, four steps diagonal, then some laughing motion and bird movements. Plus a step-cross-step move that’s making my head spin (and it’s hard to do when your DRESS IS TOO LONG) But someone was going around at Wal-Mart afterwards for some lottery. Kind of annoying, but I entered anyways. My luck is already bad; one lottery entry won’t make it much worse.

Rehearsals were all the same. Stupid moves, stupid costumes, and stupid freshmen. But on a better note, I WON THAT FRICKEN’ LOTTERY!!! The one that was going around Wal-Mart, yea I WON THAT! I got an e-mail today about it saying I had won the grand prize. It should be coming tomorrow. Thank God for Mrs.Chirstopher. If she wouldn’t have yelled at me for not having the right shoes, I wouldn’t have gone to Wal-Mart.

It’s here! It’s here! It’s here! I’m so excited to open it! My hands are shaking. Oh my God, I’ll open it now. . . Wow. Just wow. This is great. One free slushy at any participating Wal-Mart. Just fricken great. Well, maybe I can get my free slushy and dump it on my costume, so I don’t have to wear it.

So, not only did I have to go THREE Wal-Marts away, (yup, count ‘em THREE) to get my slushy, I now have to wear an uglier costume. Yippee. At least I won’t fall over it now. Safety first!
