Psh. It's all very simple. I suggest just getting started, go to ms paint. It's the default ppaint program on any comp.

Find a picture yoyu like and want to use. Paste that on there and resize it. Try going like...400 to 450 pixels wide and ....250 tall? bigger is alright but can get messy. Then try and match color scheme wise. And find something nifty to say. Actually. You dont need words but, they spice things up.
