Contests are something that are held by an individual, usual a Mod or Admin. I myself (mahaulo) will be holding a contest as often as I can. The rules are a mostly the same as normal stories. but there are a few unique ones.
1)The story must be based on the theme givin
2)The same story can be placed in more than one contest, but there are always extra points in creativity (meaning we like new stories, but if you want to see how well the same story can stack up against new ones thats fine)
3) (goes with rule 2) The holder of the contest has th eright to forbid Old stories to be reused.
4)"IF" you win a contest you'll get a "badge" otherwise known as a little peice of artwork to signify you won a contest. It can be used in your signiture or on your own website.
